A calmer terminal change at Paris Charles de Gaulle

At Paris Charles de Gaulle, the route between flights depends on your terminals and whether you enter the Schengen area. A terminal change can add a separate transfer to passport control and security.

Share both flight numbers and your baggage arrangements before you travel. Your greeter meets you at the point confirmed for your booking, guides you through the permitted parts of the terminal journey, and escorts you toward your next gate or ground pickup.

Tell us if your next stop is central Paris, a train station, or another flight. Each needs a different handover plan.

Fast track

Fast track at selected airports. Any priority access included in your service must be confirmed for your itinerary; border and security checks still apply.

CDG Meet and Greet FAQs

Will I need to change terminals during a CDG connection?

It depends on your arriving and departing flights. Check both terminals before booking so your CDG assistance follows the right connection route.

Does every CDG connection involve passport control?

No. Your origin, destination, and entry into the Schengen area determine the border formalities on your route.

Should my CDG meeting plan include a train or city transfer?

Yes. Tell the team whether you are continuing by flight, train, or ground transportation. Each onward journey needs a meeting point and handover matched to that itinerary.

Is fast track guaranteed with my CDG service?

Fast track at selected airports. Any permitted access for your CDG itinerary must be stated in your confirmation. Security and border checks remain required, and waiting can still apply.

How much does CDG Meet and Greet cost?

Your CDG quote depends on the service type and number of travelers. Include the flight and onward journey details so the price identifies the assistance and extras included before you confirm.
