Meet and Greet service at Cancun Airport is currently unavailable because of airport restrictions. Check the current service notice before making arrangements for a Cancun arrival, departure, or connection.
CUN service availability
Current service availability at Cancun Airport
Royal Airport Concierge's current Cancun service notice states that assistance cannot be offered at this airport at the moment. A general description of airport assistance should not be treated as confirmation that a CUN booking is available.
If you already requested assistance, contact the service team directly to check the status of that request before relying on a meeting point or onward handover. Keep your flight and any existing quote details available.
For another airport on your itinerary, the team can review that location separately. Airport assistance and vehicle transportation need their own confirmed scope; a hotel transfer does not establish that RAC airport assistance is available at CUN.
Fast track
Fast track at selected airports. RAC is not currently offering CUN assistance; this does not indicate that priority access is available in Cancun.
CUN Meet and Greet FAQs
Is Royal Airport Concierge currently offering CUN Meet and Greet?
No. The current RAC service notice says assistance at Cancun Airport is unavailable because of airport restrictions.
What if I already requested a Cancun assistance quote?
Contact the RAC service team directly with your flight and quote details to check the request status. Do not rely on a meeting point until the service has been expressly confirmed.
Does an existing Cancun hotel transfer confirm RAC airport assistance?

Can I obtain an indicative RAC Meet and Greet price for CUN now?
