To guarantee a flawless experience for your clients, we simply require:
- Passenger details: Full name (exactly as it appears on their passport) and the total number of travelers.
- Flight itinerary: Airline, flight number, date, and time.
- Day-of travel contact: A phone number for the passenger or their traveling party to ensure seamless coordination on the ground.
- Personalization: Any specific preferences or requirements (such as mobility assistance, preferred language, or exact meeting points).
Yes. Travel agents can modify or cancel bookings.
- U.S. and Canada: Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur the full service charge.
- International (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa): Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will incur the full service charge.
- International (Australia, New Zealand, Far East): Cancellations or changes within 72 hours will incur the full service charge.
- No-Show Policy: Failing to show up at the arranged time and location will be charged in full.
Absolutely. Our team handles urgent and same-day requests whenever possible, with most bookings confirmed within 1–2 hours. For requests made within 24 hours of the service, premium fees may apply depending on airport availability. Our 24/7 support line is always open for time-sensitive cases.
