Your Hong Kong boarding pass and transfer route

Hong Kong Airport gives separate transfer instructions for passengers with and without an onward boarding pass. Transfer passengers must also follow the required security-screening route before reaching the next gate.

Share both flight numbers and whether the next boarding pass has been issued. Your greeter meets you at the permitted location, guides you through the agreed stages, and helps you find the transfer desk or departure route that applies.

Confirm checked-baggage arrangements with your airline, especially when flights are on separate tickets. Assistance does not change an airline decision about through-checking bags or accepting a connection.

Fast track

Fast track at selected airports. Any priority access included in your service must be confirmed for your itinerary; border and security checks still apply.

HKG Meet and Greet FAQs

What should I do at HKG if I do not have an onward boarding pass?

Hong Kong Airport directs passengers to their airline transfer desk to obtain the boarding pass before continuing toward the departure gate.

Do Hong Kong transfer passengers pass through security?

Yes. The airport requires transfer passengers to follow security screening before heading to the boarding gate for the onward flight.

Are checked bags automatically transferred on separate HKG tickets?

Do not assume so. Ask the airlines about through-checking and baggage collection, then include the confirmed arrangements in your assistance request.

Does HKG Meet and Greet waive transfer screening?

No. Screening remains required. Fast track at selected airports; your confirmation must identify any permitted priority access for the service.

What should a Hong Kong connection quote include?

It should identify the requested assistance, passenger count, and connection requirements. Send both flights and boarding-pass details so you can review the service scope and price together.
