Hong Kong - VIP airport assistance
Arrival Service
We are able to offer assistance for arrivals. Our assistance includes the following
- Meet and greet at the arrival gate
- Assist passengers to immigration (all staff have to use a staff channel, but they wait for their passengers immediately after passport stamping)
- There is no special fast track lane at Hong Kong: Mothers with young children, elderly or handicapped passengers may be allowed to use the immigration side channel. Residents or Visitors with an e-Channel pass may be able to use an automated lane.
- Escort passengers to the baggage hall and help them locate their bags (porterage assistance is available)
- Help passengers locate their driver
Departure Service
The normal start time for the meet & assist departure service is two (2) hours before the flight's scheduled time of departure (STD). It is not necessary to get to the airport any earlier. If you will arrive at airport more than two (2) hours before departure, please let us know in advance, and we will try to arrange an early meet. Lounge Access is not included. We will greet passengers at the kerbside, and escort and assist them all the way through check in, immigration and security checks to their airline/member lounge and/or gate. here is no special fast track lane at Hong Kong. Connection Transfer
We will meet passengers at the air-bridge (gate) and assist them with their transfer through security, with boarding pass and baggage formalities, and will then escort them to airline lounge and or to onwards departure gate.
- Where there is long time between flights, we will not always stay with passengers during their wait, but instead we will agree arrange a specific meeting location and time with them to meet up again and to escort them until the departure gate of the outbound flight.
- Where there is a short time between flights we cannot guarantee that passengers will make their connection, and if passengers miss their onwards flight we will not be able to assist with re-booking or accompany them to a lounge or the gate for their new flight.
- Lounge access is not included
Immigration
In Hong Kong Chep Lap Kok there is NO fast track immigration line (like there is in Bangkok or Jakarta). There may be a short wait at the immigration zone. Mothers with young children, elderly or handicapped passengers may be allowed to use the immigration side channel. Residents or Visitors with an e-Channel pass may be able to use an automated lane.
Arrival Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Arrival meet and assist makes entry into Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) seamless.
Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs. They will then provide porter service at baggage claim. Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the driver waiting for you outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort you and your group to the transportation vehicle of your choice.

Departure Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Departure meet and assist offers you a travel experience free of stress and problems.
Our highly trained representatives will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting spot. Once you have arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport/VIP terminal, Fast Track or Expedite you through check-in security, and escort you to the lounge (if applicable) and to your gate.
