Preparing for your Aruba departure

Queen Beatrix Airport provides U.S. preclearance for U.S.-bound departures. That makes a U.S. departure a different airport journey from a flight to another destination.

Send your flight number and destination before booking. Your greeter meets you at the point confirmed for your service and guides you through the permitted stages toward departure. Keep your travel documents ready and follow the airport and airline instructions for your flight type.

For arrivals into Aruba, include your hotel or onward pickup arrangements instead. The service scope and meeting point should match the journey you are actually making.

Fast track

Fast track at selected airports. Any priority access included in your service must be confirmed for your itinerary; border and security checks still apply.

AUA Meet and Greet FAQs

Do U.S.-bound passengers complete U.S. formalities before leaving Aruba?

Yes. Queen Beatrix Airport provides U.S. Customs and Border Protection preclearance for U.S.-bound flights. Follow the airport instructions for that departure route.

Is an AUA departure to another country the same as a U.S. departure?

No. The airport distinguishes U.S.-bound and non-U.S. departure procedures. Your destination needs to be included when arranging assistance.

Will an AUA greeter complete official checks on my behalf?

No. Travelers remain responsible for their documents and official checks. Your greeter provides the guidance and assistance permitted by the confirmed service.

Does AUA Meet and Greet include guaranteed priority at preclearance?

No. Fast track at selected airports. Any permitted access at Aruba must be stated in your confirmation, and inspection requirements and waiting can still apply.

What should an Aruba Meet and Greet quote specify?

It should identify arrival or departure assistance, passenger count, and the services included. For departures, provide the destination so the scope reflects the appropriate airport route.
