Arrival - International
Our arrival service includes
- The buggy driver will meet you at aircraft aero-bridge, with a signboard
- We check paperwork and escort to health government check area
- We escort you to relevant immigration zone
- We escort you through the FAST TRACK immigration
- We escort you to and through the baggage claim area
- We escort you through any custom channel clearance
- We contact and/or assist you find your driver / your hotel representative
Visa on Arrival
This is again permitted for citizens of many countries like India and China. Please check the latest official rules and updates carefully. We can help and assist with obtaining a Visa on Arrival ("VOA") and process an E-Visa without extra cost. For VOA the passenger will have to pay the THB2000 VOA fee (in cash) to the visa desk staff, and should have 3 passport photos with them.
Departure - International or Domestic
Our departure service includes
- We greet your at curbside drop off (if we have your driver number)
- We escort to airline check in counter and help you check in
- We accompany you through the security checks (no fast track)
- We accompany you through the FAST TRACK immigration
- We escort you to your airline/member lounge or to your gate

Connection
Our connection service includes
- We greeter you at the aircraft aerobridge with a sign board (and in International terminal, with a buggy)
- We escort you through the arrival or transit process
- We fast track / premium lane for Business Class Passengers
- We help you check in or transfer your bags as needed, and to collect new boarding passes for the next flight
- We escort you to your airline/member lounge or to your gate which is the end of service
Arrival Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Arrival meet and assist makes entry into Bangkok International Airport (BKK) seamless.
Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs. They will then provide porter service at baggage claim. Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the driver waiting for you outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort you and your group to the transportation vehicle of your choice.

Departure Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Departure meet and assist offers you a travel experience free of stress and problems.
Our highly trained representatives will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting spot. Once you have arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport/VIP terminal, Fast Track or Expedite you through check-in security, and escort you to the lounge (if applicable) and to your gate.
