INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL
We offer the following services for International Arrival at Jakarta
- Meet passengers before VOA & immigration (agent will hold a sign)

INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE
We offer the following services for International Departure at Jakarta
- Meet passengers at the kerbside as you exit your vehicle (agent will hold a sign)
- Escort and assist passengers and bags through airport security terminal entrance checks
- Escort passengers and bags to and with airline check counter
- Accompany passengers through the final security check
- Special Line through immigration **
- Escort passengers to their airline/member lounge and/or to the boarding gate (lounge use is not included)
- Bid passenger farewell
** The greeter will take you passport and have it stamped. You will pass across the immigration line and can wait nearby the passport stamping area until your stamped passport is returned to you
DOMESTIC Arrival / Departure
On arrival you will be met where you enter the main terminal building. You will be escorted to the check in or baggage reclaim area, then out to your driver or the the airplane
CONNECTION from domestic to international
- Meet passengers at end of the airbridge of the domestic arrival & assist collect any bags
- Escort and assist passengers to their new terminal, and through airport security terminal entrance checks
- Escort passengers and bags to and with airline check counter
- Accompany passengers through the final security check
- Special Line through immigration**
- Escort passengers to their airline/member lounge and/or to the boarding gate (lounge use is not included)
- Bid passenger farewell

Visas on arrival
Most travellers do now need a visa of some sort to enter Indonesia. If the passenger does need a visa to enter Indonesia, but does not have a Visa in their passport, or an pre-approved e-visa or KITAS, then providing their passport is from one of the 72 countries that is eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA), we will assist them to get a VOA as part of the normal arrival meet and assist process. The cost (which is to be paid by the passenger) is IDR500,000 per VOA, But there are sometime (long) lines at the VOA counters, and fast tracking VOA is not usually possible. However we can pre-arrange and pre-purchase their VOA before they arrive. To do that we will need an image of their passport page and vaccination record. The cost of arranging it (including the Visa fee of IDR500,000) is USD89 per VOA This cost is not refundable if the passenger cancels or changes the date of their booking. Please let us know if the pre-purchased VOA service is wanted for this arrival, and if it is send images of passport and vaccination record.
Arrival Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Arrival meet and assist makes entry into Jakarta International Airport (CGK) seamless.
Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs. They will then provide porter service at baggage claim. Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the driver waiting for you outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort you and your group to the transportation vehicle of your choice.

Departure Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Departure meet and assist offers you a travel experience free of stress and problems.
Our highly trained representatives will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting spot. Once you have arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport/VIP terminal, Fast Track or Expedite you through check-in security, and escort you to the lounge (if applicable) and to your gate.
