KLU VIP Airport Service (Meet & Greet)

The new Entry/Exit System requires non-EU visitors to provide facial and fingerprint biometrics. To help you avoid long EES wait times at KLU, our concierge service includes pre-flight advice (such as using the Travel to Europe app for pre-registration if applicable) and on-the-ground VIP escorting. We route you to the least congested EES biometric registration areas in Terminal 2E and others, managing the logistics so your transit remains seamless.

For international arrivals, your greeter will meet you at the arrivals gate immediately after you exit the aircraft, or at the designated meeting point after immigration (depending on your booking type). For domestic arrivals, we meet you at the gate or baggage claim area. You will receive specific meeting point details, your greeter’s photo, name, and contact number 24 hours before your flight.

  • Customs and security checks,
  • And currency exchange if needed.
    We cannot overrule decisions made by immigration or customs officers, but we can help you navigate the process, overcome language barriers and make it as smooth and quick as possible.

Our operations team monitors flights and can:

• Assist with connection arrangements and schedule changes together with the airline,
• Adjust the timing of your Departure service to the new schedule when possible.
  Depending on when the change occurs and the airport involved, our general cancellation policy may apply (for example, services cancelled within a certain timeframe before departure may be charged in full).

From there, you will be asked to pay online via a secure network connection using your credit card, and the currency you have chosen will be used for your transaction. Absolutely, our Airport Meet & Greet Service is ideal for:

• Families with young children,
  Elderly passengers or guests with reduced mobility,
• Travelers with many or bulky bags.
• VIPs and business travelers with tight schedules. We can arrange porters to handle your luggage and, where permitted, an electric cart from the gate to passport control or to the exit. At some airports, porter service carries an extra fee, which will be mentioned when we quote your service.
