At Sangster International Airport, ground transportation is reached after the customs area. Hotel shuttles, taxis, and car rental arrangements can lead travelers toward different providers in the arrivals area.
Share your flight details and tell us who is providing your onward ride. Your greeter welcomes you at the permitted point in your confirmation and guides you toward the handover arranged for your party.
If you need a vehicle to your hotel or resort, include it in the request. The quote should make clear which airport assistance and transportation are included.
Fast track
Fast track at selected airports. Any priority access included in your service must be confirmed for your itinerary; border and security checks still apply.
MBJ Meet and Greet FAQs
Where is ground transportation at Montego Bay airport?
The airport places ground transportation in the arrivals hall outside customs. Your service confirmation identifies the meeting point and onward handover for your booking.
Should I include my resort transfer details when booking MBJ assistance?
Yes. Provide the resort name and transportation provider, or tell us that you need a vehicle added to the quote.
