Premium Service
This is an enhanced service featuring all the benefits of the Executive Meet & assist plus use of fast lane, and baggage assistance
- we will meet you at the arrival gate or curbside and assist you all the way through the airport
- we will use a Special or a VIP Lane at immigration
- we will use additional staff as baggage assistant(s) for groups of 3 or more passengers
- We will provide 1 extra baggage assistant for 3 – 6 pax
- We will provide 2 extra baggage assistants for 7 – 10 pax
Note 1. Electric Buggy Karts are not pre-bookable, but for Premium Service users - if you request a buggy - we will try to arrange one as a free add-on, but it is not promised or guaranteed. Note 2. The Premium service includes an automatic escort through immigration using a special immigration lane. Permission for this is given by a senior immigration duty official at the time of service. In the very rare event that this permission is denied, a refund in respect of the fast track feature will be made.
Executive Transit
INTERNATIONAL TO INTERNATIONAL, no immigration
Our staff greet the passengers at the aerobridge, escort and assist them between flights. Normally, providing their bags have been tagged through to the next destination and they have a copy of their ticket and bag tags, then this can be done without going landside (i.e. no need to pass through immigration). An airside shuttle bus is used when a change of terminal is required. The staff assist with baggage release and boarding pass formalities, and escort passengers through security to their airline/member lounge (use of a lounge is not included) or direct to their departure gate. If a change of terminal is needed, a higher price applies. If the agent is required to return to lounge at boarding time and the time between flights is more than 3 hours, a higher rate applies.
Executive Connection
BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC FLIGHTS, involving domestic terminal
Our staff greet the passengers at the aerobridge (gate), escort and assist them all the way through the necessary arrival process, any change of terminal, and the departure process, including help at check in, an escort through border control, reasonable baggage assistance and escorting passengers to their airline/member lounge (use of a lounge is not included), or direct to their boarding gate. (Escort to/from Domestic Terminal airline departure lounge may be restricted). There is no guaranteed fast track through immigration. The connection between terminals will be on foot or by shuttle. If the agent is required to return to lounge at boarding time and the time between flights is more than 3 hours, a higher rate applies.
Arrival Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Arrival meet and assist makes entry into Tokyo International Airport (NRT) seamless.
Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs. They will then provide porter service at baggage claim. Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the driver waiting for you outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort you and your group to the transportation vehicle of your choice.

Departure Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Departure meet and assist offers you a travel experience free of stress and problems.
Our highly trained representatives will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting spot. Once you have arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport/VIP terminal, Fast Track or Expedite you through check-in security, and escort you to the lounge (if applicable) and to your gate.
