OSL VIP Airport Service (Meet & Greet)

It is a separate, smaller terminal building next to the main terminal at OSL, inside the airport’s security barriers, reserved for VIP passengers. It has its own entrance for cars, its own security screening, its own passport control, private waiting suites with refreshments and an à la carte menu, shower facilities, and private vehicle transport to and from the aircraft. Because everything happens inside that building, you never queue with, or pass through, the public terminal.

The European Entry/Exit System requires travellers from outside the EU/EEA to register a facial image and fingerprints on their first entry into the Schengen Area, and to be verified biometrically on later entries and exits. Through the VIP Terminal service, that registration is completed at the private passport control inside the VIP Terminal, with your host managing the documentation, so you avoid the public EES lanes in the main terminal altogether. We also advise before departure on what to prepare, so the biometric step takes minutes rather than the queue times travellers report at peak hours.

On arrival and on connections, your host meets you at the aircraft door as you disembark and drives you to the VIP Terminal. On departure, your car is directed to the VIP Terminal entrance, where your host receives you at the door. You will receive the exact drop-off directions, your host’s name and a direct mobile number with your booking confirmation.

Yes. Border formalities are carried out at the private passport control inside the VIP Terminal, including EES biometric registration where it applies to you, and your host accompanies you throughout. Border and customs decisions always remain with the Norwegian authorities — what we provide is a private, dedicated route through those checks rather than the public queues.

Yes. The VIP Terminal is particularly well suited to families and to travellers who would find the main terminal tiring: distances are short, waiting happens in a private suite, luggage is handled for you and transport to the aircraft is by private vehicle. Children travelling with a parent or guardian are accommodated, and specific mobility or medical requirements should be shared at the time of booking so the right assistance is arranged in advance.
