COVID19 – BAGGAGE HANDLING

For international arrivals services, Mexican customs rules restrict our greeters from handling travelers’ bags until they have been checked by customs officers. These rules are strictly enforced and travelers are supposed to collect, accompany and move their own luggage through customs inspection area.
