At Seoul (ICN) Airport you will be Fast Track or Expedite through immigrations and customs upon international arrival or Fast Track or Expedite through check in and security upon your departure.

Executive Arrival
Passengers are greeted at the aerobridge gate, or in the case of the plane parking on the tarmac and a bussed transfers being given near where they enter the terminal building. After checking paperwork and health controls they are assisted with hand baggage and taken to the immigration and security zones. Fast Tracking is not allowed at immigration but our staff will use the quickest route available. Passengers are assisted locating and collecting bags from the baggage carousel. Extra staff for baggage assistance can be ordered if there are very many, very heavy or very large bags. After being escorted through Customs checks, the chauffeur or driver is called to agree the meeting point in the outside arrival area. Passengers are then led to their driver, which is the end of the Arrival Service.
Executive Departure
Prior to arrival airport assistant will contact a driver, guide/translator, travel assistant or the Passengers to agree the drop off place at the kerbside. Passengers are then met at the kerbside. They are escorted through airport security to and through the airline check in desk and process, which is fast tracked to the extent permitted by the airline being flown. The Passengers are then taken to and through immigration. Fast Tracking is not allowed at immigration but our staff will use the quickest route available. The airport assistant will take the Passengers to their airline lounge (if they wish and if there is time) and/or direct to their gate, which is the end of the Departure service. This service does not include use of a lounge.
Executive Transit or Connection
Passengers are greeted at the aerobridge gate, or in the case of the plane parking on the tarmac and a bussed transfers being given near where they enter the terminal building. After checking paperwork they are taken through the international or domestic arrivals and border control processes, or the transit area desk for boarding pass, ID verification and baggage release as applicable. Fast Tracking is not allowed at immigration If a change of terminal is required there is a shuttle service (both airside and landside) which runs every few minutes. They are assisted through any international or domestic border processing if and as required for their departure. Finally the airport assistant will take the Passengers to their airline lounge (if they wish and if there is time) and/or direct to their gate, which is the end of the Connection service. This service does not include use of a lounge.
Connection Terminals 1 and 2
The terminals 1 and 2 at Incheon airport are quite distant apart (requiring a train trip between them) and the minimum connecting time is 90-120 minutes
Fast Track
In Seoul there is no separate "commercial fast track" immigration line (like there is in Bangkok or Dubai). There may be a wait at the immigration zone and our service does not guarantee a fast track passage through passport stamping.
Baggage Assistance Service
Greeters will not carry very large, very heavy or very many bags. Additional meet and assist staff or porter to help with bags can be arranged for an additional charge which will be advised when the nature and number of bags to be moved are known.
Time and Date Surcharges
- If the STD or STA is between 21:00pm and 09:00am: Add 50% and/or
- If the service involves a flight using Terminal 2 : Add 10% and/or
- If the booking is made with short notice (under 48 hours): Add 20%
Arrival Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Arrival meet and assist makes entry into Seoul International Airport (ICN) seamless.
Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs. They will then provide porter service at baggage claim. Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the driver waiting for you outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort you and your group to the transportation vehicle of your choice.

Departure Service
Royal Airport Concierge’s Departure meet and assist offers you a travel experience free of stress and problems.
Our highly trained representatives will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting spot. Once you have arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport/VIP terminal, Fast Track or Expedite you through check-in security, and escort you to the lounge (if applicable) and to your gate.
