Make Your Arrival Seamless.

From meeting you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs, to providing assistance during passport and visa transactions. We’ll greet you at your destination and escort you to the transportation of your choice.

Welcome Assistance

Our professional greeter will meet you at the curb, the aircraft, the passenger bridge or the meeting point within the terminal building. (Meeting points vary according to specific airports.) If you arrive at the main terminal and the VIP Lounge is in another location, you will be escorted to the lounge in a private vehicle.

Porter Service

Our Royal Airport Concierge porters collect your luggage from your vehicle to the check-in counter. Please let our booking agent know how many pieces of luggage you will be traveling with in order to benefit from this service. Note: An extra fee may apply for porter service at certain airports.

Apron Transfer

If the aircraft is parked at the apron of the airport, you will be sent off transferred from the aircraft (where available) in a private vehicle. If you arrive at the main terminal and the VIP Lounge is in another location, you will be escorted to the lounge in a private vehicle.This applies to all services provided at the VIP terminal.

Passport Fast Track

In order to avoid lines at passport control and custom clearance (where applicable), our professional greeter will walk you through the fast tracks process. Each airport varies depending on the specific rules of airports, airlines and countries.

Farewell

Once you have completed all of your transactions at the terminal with the help of our team, our greeter escort you to meet your driver and/or family members outside the airport.

Cart Transport

Once you deplane, our greeter will transport you in an electric cart from the flight gate to passport control. Note: rules vary at airports around the world as it relates to our greeters’ access to the gates.

Security Clearance Visa Procedures

Once you land, our expert staff will assist you with post-flight procedures such as acquiring a visa, currency transaction, customs and security clearances.
