Our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport/VIP terminal, accompany you during all flight transactions, provide porter and fast track services.
You just have to enjoy your flight.

Welcome Assistance

Our professional greeter will meet you at the curb, the aircraft, the passenger bridge or the meeting point within the terminal building. (Meeting points vary according to specific airports.) If you arrive at the main terminal and the VIP Lounge is in another location, you will be escorted to the lounge in a private vehicle.

Porter Service

Our Royal Airport Concierge porters collect your luggage from your vehicle to the check-in counter. Please let our booking agent know how many pieces of luggage you will be traveling with in order to benefit from this service. Note: An extra fee may apply for porter service at certain airports.

Check-In Assistance

Our professional staff will accompany you during the check-in procedure at a private check-in counter (where available) without having to wait in airport lines. Our greeter will be with you to ensure you receive assistance with seat selection, baggage transactions and boarding.

Passport Fast Track

In order to avoid lines at passport control and custom clearance (where applicable), our professional greeter will walk you through the fast tracks process. Each airport varies depending on the specific rules of airports, airlines and countries.

Lounge Service

Our expert staff will escort you or your guests to the airport lounge to unwind before your flight. Once in the lounge, you will enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks before our greeter accompanies you to the departure gate to board your flight.

Cart Transport

Once you deplane, our greeter will transport you in an electric cart from the flight gate to passport control.Note: rules vary at airports around the world as it relates to our greeters’ access to the gates.

Escort to Aircraft

Once you have successfully checked-in and completed all of your luggage and security transactions, you will be personally escorted to the departure gate to board your flight.

Apron Transfer

If the aircraft is parked at the apron of the airport, you will be sent off transferred from the aircraft (where available) in a private vehicle. If you arrive at the main terminal and the VIP Lounge is in another location, you will be escorted to the lounge in a private vehicle.This applies to all services provided at the VIP terminal.
